Our workshops are for everyone, whether you’re dipping a toe or jumping in with both feet. We offer writing sessions to sharpen your craft and tarot workshops to explore intuition and symbolism. Beyond the creative, we are a home for holistic well-being, offering free yoga and guided meditation to promote inner peace and mental clarity. Explore, learn, and grow in a relaxed, welcoming environment.
Lil' Jammers
A music class for babies and toddlers, ages 0-5 will start up again in 2026. A relaxed, playful experience that respects and supports ALL unique learning styles and developmental levels.

This workshop is perfect for anyone looking to try something new and creative, no experience needed. All materials are included, $35 per person. Thursday: 6-7 PM
A deep-stretch gift to your joints, tendons, and ligaments. Start with breathwork and meditation before moving into long, restful holds designed to soothe the nervous system.
Saturdays 9-10 AM:
Balance your body and mind with a refreshing morning of movement, breathwork, and meditation. Start your weekend with the community and stay after class for a relaxing coffee at the Friendly Coffee Lounge.

Learn upright meanings of all the cards without memorization. Journaling and shared discoveries make the card meanings personal, not universal. Also, learn basic spreads right away so you can start reading for others quickly.

There are folk tales, fairytales, myths and legends. What happens when we combine those with our personal narratives? Themes are magnified; ancient wisdom is connected to current experiences; and a new type of storytelling emerges. This class will guide you to locating an existing story with the same values and messages as your personal story to create a unique blending.

Letting go of the paper, iphone or ipad when you tell yours stories. Each week we will explore a different strategy for connecting with your audience without anything that can come between you and them. Techniques include mind mapping, word association, bullet pointing and nerve-fighting tricks.
Workshop 18+
Story Improv—90 Second Stories
Individual seminars are loaded with prompts. The objective is to jog your memory with quick suggestions for themes followed by the opportunity to tell a 90-second story. These short, short stories should give you the raw material to create longer pieces for presentation.

Errol McLendon is a veteran storyteller and performance coach known for his ability to help tellers find the "heart" of their narrative. With years of experience on the storytelling and fringe festival circuits, Errol specializes in helping performers move past their notes and into a more authentic, deep connection with their audience. His workshops are designed to be high-energy, supportive, and packed with practical techniques you can use on stage immediately.
