Workshops & Programs

Our workshops are dedicated to learning skills at any level whether you’re dipping a toe or jumping in with both feet. And our programs invite beginners and devotees alike into sessions that promote relaxation, inner-peace, and mental clarity.

Lil' Jammers

A music class for babies and toddlers, ages 0-5 will start up again in January 2026. A relaxed, playful experience that respects and supports ALL unique learning styles and developmental levels.
