Thursday 6:00 - 7:00 pm Yin/Restorative Yoga – Rest and reset with this Yin/Restorative inspired yoga practice. Yin Yoga is intended to stretch into the connective tissues of the body. Truly a gift to the joints, tendons, and ligaments that hold us together. We will start class with breathwork and a brief meditation then move through several shapes holding each one for a period of time to fully integrate their benefits. In Restorative we will then slow down further using the earth to support us through long, restful holds. Please bring a firm pillow or bolster to this class if you have one available!
