About the event
This drop in class is a restorative, restful yoga practice combined with practical tools for managing stress and building inner strength✨
The class meets every 1st, 2nd and 3rd Thursdays from 7:30-8:30PM. The instructor is Jules Rickner and a there is a $12 suggested donation.
