About Life Lifing
Jeff and Val Gee have spent more than 50 years together—building a marriage, raising a family, running a business, teaching, traveling, and collecting plenty of stories along the way. Jeff is a former paratrooper and lifelong risk-taker; Val is an ordained Swami and longtime meditation teacher.
Life Lifing is an hour to slow down, laugh, think, and connect. Each week brings a tiny taste of meditation, a little poetry, some stories, and one of life’s big questions.
No lectures. No right answers. Just good conversation about this strange business of being alive.
