The evening features street poet and rocker Joe Lanasa, whose sound has evolved into a powerhouse blend of garage-rock, punk, Latin, and neo-spiritual anthems. The Joe Lanasa Band brings a raw, soulful energy influenced by legends like Springsteen and Iggy Pop.
Opening the night is Rob Kurtz, a 40-year veteran of the Chicago scene and former member of The What?. Rob will be joined by friends to perform a curated selection of his original acoustic and electric songs.
