You need yoga in your life! Come to the Friendly Yoga Social and find out why! Moving our bodies helps center our souls and contributes to our overall wholeness as human beings. Everyone can actually do yoga, regardless of fitness level. You don't have to be able to touch your toes to do yoga!
Our instructors Amy Baker and Jules Rickner are here to meet you, talk about what they would teach you, and to just get to know you in a Friendly way! We are all looking forward to the experience these ladies will provide to educate us about why we need yoga in our lives.
