When she isn't writing songs that tackle the complexities of identity, family, and friendship, Gearen is an acclaimed poet and essayist with three published collections to her name.
Victoria Storm is ever present in our community. Educator, licensed therapist, bandleader (Victoria Storm & The Radishes, Kettlestrings), and songwriter, Victoria expresses themes and scenes of emotional intensity while stretching musical boundaries from traditional folk through syntheses of global cultures in her expansive catalog.
The songs of LaRaie Zimm seek meaningful connection with her audience by utilizing an expansive palette of inventive melodic and harmonic explorations. An iconoclastic artist and longstanding presence on the Veltway, LaRae delves into the universal truths of human experience in her creative work that defies categorization.
