Move with @MsMaryYoga before making a Chicago Bears-themed craft in the coffee lounge or discovering the Friendly selection of board games available during Open Play.
Friendly is pleased to partner with Ms Mary Yoga to bring you these magical Family Sundays. Ms Mary Yoga provides mindful movement focused on nurturing social-emotional learning, breath work, & nervous system regulation with a strong chance of giggles. Don't miss the opportunity to move with Ms Mary!
Pre-registration is recommended for yoga as spots are limited. Drop-in & full-session rates are available for yoga + ask us about sibling discounts. Recommended ages 3-12. All ages are welcome if accompanied by an adult.
***Please note: This is not a drop-off class. Parents are required to remain on-site in the vicinity of their child.
Paying for all 5 weeks in advance is a discounted price of $15 per session. This package non-refundable.
