Group Ukulele 101A, Adult Beginner
Level: Adult Beginner (16+yo)

Friendly Adult Beginner Ukulele brings together individuals with a curiosity for music in a fun social setting. No previous skills are required. Basic strumming and plucking techniques will be explored across a variety of genres.

Tammy Worl Bio: Tammy Worl is a multi instrumentalist and vocalist with a duel BA in music & education from Northeastern IL University. Tammy hails from Madison, WI but has lived in the Chicagoland area for the last 20 years. She was a competitive dancer as a child, and grew up on the stage at church, playing in jazz, concert, and marching bands, as well as show choir, musical theater, soccer, varsity golf and student council. She has taught at Chiarts, Chicago High School for the Arts, School of Rock, Rock University, G!rls Rock Chicago canps amoung others, as well as substitute taught K-12 throughout the Berwyn and Oak Park area for the last six years. Tammy enjoys working & teaching at Friendly's, playing keys and singing in her bands the Blue Lincolns and Super Extra. She recently began playing with the Symphony of OPRF and also loves camping/attending music festivals!
